As a Weekend DSP Driver, you are the linchpin of our peak operational days. You will operate a modern, company-branded delivery van equipped with the latest telematics and safety features. Your sole focus will be executing dense, high-volume delivery routes exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays. Because weekend customers are frequently home, you will experience higher levels of direct customer interaction, requiring a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.

A Day in the Life on a Saturday Route

Your weekend shift starts with high energy at the local staging facility. The loading bays are buzzing. You grab your keys, perform a quick digital vehicle inspection on your provided smartphone, and pull up to the loading dock. You efficiently scan and load dozens of totes—packed with everything from electronics to heavy dog food—into your van, organizing them by stop. You hit the road on a beautiful Saturday morning. The weekend traffic is lighter, allowing you to cruise through your route seamlessly. You pull up to houses, safely executing hundreds of drops. By the end of your shift, you return the van, clock out, and enjoy the rest of your weekend with a significantly heavier wallet.

• Safety & Vehicle Mastery: Safely operate a large commercial delivery van through residential neighborhoods filled with weekend pedestrian traffic, children playing, and parked cars. Strictly adhere to zero-tolerance safety protocols.
• Customer Service Excellence: Capitalize on the fact that weekend customers are home. Provide warm, professional greetings, follow precise delivery instructions, and act as a smiling brand ambassador.
• Technology Utilization: Flawlessly operate the delivery app for turn-by-turn navigation, digital barcode scanning, and photographic proof-of-delivery uploads.

Basic Qualifications
