Daily High-Reach Night Duties

• Vertical Replenishment: You will operate wire-guided Turret Trucks and Stand-Up Reach Trucks to pull massive pallets of bulk inventory from high-reserve storage, bringing them down to active lower bins so the morning pickers can fulfill customer orders without delay.
• Order Picking at Altitude: Utilizing an Order Picker (Cherry Picker), you will wear a full-body safety harness tethered to the machine, rising dozens of feet into the air to hand-pick large, non-sortable items directly onto your elevated platform.
• Rigorous Safety Auditing: Before the keys ever turn at midnight, you will execute a comprehensive 20-point mechanical inspection of your machinery, logging battery levels, hydraulic fluid status, and harness integrity to prevent catastrophic failures.
