Your shift begins at your designated, physical Hub Locker+ storefront. You conduct a morning sweep of the facility, ensuring the customer lobby is immaculate and the automated locker bays are functioning properly. The morning delivery truck arrives, and you utilize a pallet jack to receive towering stacks of daily customer packages. You operate at lightning speed, scanning each package and slotting it into the correct physical locker or deep-storage bin. Soon, the doors open, and a steady stream of customers flows in. A customer approaches the counter with a completely unboxed pair of shoes they wish to return. You greet them warmly, scan a QR code on their smartphone, print a return label, securely bag the shoes, and instantly process their refund.
