Operating strictly during the graveyard hours, you are the final human touchpoint before the freight hits the highway. Your primary objective is to maximize the cubic volume of departing 53-foot semi-trailers while ensuring the structural safety of the load for over-the-road transit. You will operate under tight nocturnal dispatch deadlines.

• High-Volume Fluid Loading: You will manually build dense "walls" of boxes inside empty semi-trailers. This requires exceptional physical stamina and spatial awareness as you continuously lift, twist, and stack packages tight to the trailer's ceiling (often referred to as 'playing Tetris'), ensuring the load does not shift or collapse during highway transit.
• Heavy Material Handling in Low Light: Safely operate heavy-duty manual pallet jacks and powered walkie-riders to transport massive, shrink-wrapped pallets from the staging lanes directly into the outbound trucks, navigating the dock plates securely in the middle of the night.
• Outbound Scanning Verification: Ensure every single package or pallet is digitally scanned via a handheld or mounted RF scanner as it crosses the threshold into the truck, verifying it is loaded onto the correct regional route.
