1. Coordinated Team Lifting: You will partner with overnight colleagues to execute mechanical and manual team lifts for oversized merchandise weighing anywhere from 50 to over 150 pounds, utilizing ergonomic straps, dollies, and hoists to prevent injury.
2. Heavy Machinery Operation: XL associates are frequently cross-trained and certified to drive Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT).
